SUMMARY :
The Sanctuary Parking Garage was built in 1984 and is located under a townhouse development at DePaul University. The structure consists of concrete floor slabs and foundation walls. The ceiling is a series of precast hollow core slabs spanning east and west that support the landscaping above. K2N CREST performed a condition survey to determine the cause of water infiltration and deterioration of the existing structure. The repair work was selective and prioritized based on the annual budget.
