Westlake Hospital – Psychiatric Unit

SUMMARY :

The hospital hired K2N to remodel an existing med/surg wing into a new Psychiatric Unit. The project consisted of demolishing several existing rooms to provide space for a new Day Room, Conference Room, Dining Room and many other support spaces. To maintain the number of patient rooms in the remodeled wing, the hospital required two existing building columns to be relocated.
